MATTEL EMAILED ME!

So if you just read that title you are probably freaking out just like I am! I was just looking through my hundreds of pointless company emails (I dont know why I give them my email, its really annoying) and I got an email from a worker at mattel! I cannot release her name or email so we will just call her Anonymous.

Anonymous is apparently a fan of my blog, she said she wanted to pick a very small and upcoming blog to release her idea to! Dont get too excited though, she is not in charge of mattel, she just works at AGP NY and gives mattel her opinions, yay or nay, on ideas for new dolls and accesories and such.

Anonymous told me that she came up with a very special and amazing idea and I definitely love it! She sent me pictures that she edited online to help me and my readers visualize her idea.

Anonymous wants you all to see her idea, if she gets enough of a positive response from you guys and others she has consulted then she is going to get a meeting with one of the head AG Mattel workers!!! That would be so amazing if we could all play a part in this coming true!

You guys are probably screaming "RAINE JUST TELL US HER IDEA ALREADY!!" well here it is! Anonymous thinks that AG should start getting more fashion forward in many ways, I didn't agree with her other ideas because I thought they were a little too old for the age AG is targeting but I did like this one! So I'm only going to share this idea with you (sorry guys)

Have you heard of the ombre hair look?? its when your hair is dark at the top but fades to blonde at the bottom. I personally think it is sooo pretty and modern and amazing! It is also very popular among a lot of celebrities right now! Here are the pictures she edited with ombre hair, take a look!

This is my favorite, I would sooo love to have her as a sister!!

I'M BACK!! randomness+ a CRAFT

Hello fellow doll lovers!!! I've missed you all so much and let me jsut start off by saying I know this may be cheesy but I truly appreciate every single one of you! All of your support has been outstandingly wonderful!! <3 thank you!!

OK so I have missed alot... wow..... GOTY Saige is here, Christmas and Halloween and Thanksgiving have all come and gone, It's even a whole new year :O

I am so sorry for missing so much!!! I know it's a little late to be doing this but I will be posting a my opinion on Saige and her collection soon!

So lately in school I have been going through mid-years. For those of you who aren't in highschool, or just don't know what a mid-year is, I'll explain it as shortly and sweetly as I can :)

A mid-year is basically a test you take in the middle of the school year which asks you questions on everything you've learned that year. yes, that's right I did say EVERYTHING. Its completely terrifying! And you have one midyear for every class you take! I take seven midyears, that is a looooot to remember!

On this journey through hours of studying I have discovered that staying organized is completely the absolute most helpful thing when it comes to midyears! so of course I made myself and my friends some school folders from Char's doll play on how to make school supplies! Char is the owner and main author/organizer of DOLL DIARIES. I dont remember the exact post it was but I would like to give her complete credit for this!!

I basically just used her outline thing and added the doll diaries pattern (the one of all the butterflies) to the folder! with a little bit of tape and/or glue, you can make one for yourself!

Ok well thats annoying... Blogger won't let me paste the image for you guys to print it off yourselves :( oh well I'll keep working on it and upload it in a  new post! Keep an eye out for it later on this week! (hopefully itll work by the end of today!)

I guess for now I can just link you guys to the doll diaries post of it! Just have to find it... Here we go!! Doll play #82! I know I was going to redo all of her doll plays and add to them but I have to decided to wait to do that till after a bunch of school crafts! Starting as soon as I can I am going to be doing many school-inspired posts.

On my blog I will be asking you for what subject you want to see next by using a poll! please go vote now :) It will be for science, english, math, history, art, gym, cooking doll food, and simple sewing! Basically what it will be is a series of crafts, and lessons for your dolls to expande their intelligence! Don't worry, I will keep things nice and easy and all homework will be 100% opptional :)

Since doll school is the most popular way to play with your dolls, I am hoping you will all enjoy this, whether you still go to school or not!

Now that everything is explained and ready, I'm going to go set up the poll and first science class post :) there will be atleast 3 posts for each subject!!

I'M GOING ON AN OVERNIGHT TRIP TO BOSTON!

I am going on a one night trip into Boston! We are leaving early tomorrow morning and should touch down before 3! I am soo excited!!! Sadly, we aren't going to the American Girl Place :(

But we are going to look at Northeastern University! It is a biiiig college :O My human is thinking of going to school there someday! It's really far away from home though!! I am going to take many pictures as I pack, to give you all  tips on packing for a trip with your 18" doll!
